Still Have Questions?
Still have questions? We’ve got you covered.
If it’s not covered here, reach out or book a demo to see Cytodyme in action.
Can we use our existing documents and document structure?
Yes. Bring in existing files or create documents in Cytodyme. Document types, numbering, templates, ownership, and review requirements can be configured around your procedures.
How are document revisions reviewed and released?
Create a change request and prepare the affected document revisions. The configured workflow guides the required review and approval before the documents are released as effective.
What happens to the effective version while a revision is in progress?
The effective version remains available while the next revision is being prepared and reviewed. The revision replaces it when the required review and release steps are complete.
How does document control connect to training?
Each controlled document can have a defined training audience, training method, and retraining policy. Those requirements determine when document training is assigned.
Can one change request cover multiple documents?
Yes. A change request can include multiple affected documents, keeping their revisions and required review within the same change process.
